Ingredients for Low Carb Cheese Pudding
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2/3 cup cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup grated Swiss cheese
- pinch of salt and cayenne

- 2. Mix all ingredients together. Fill 6 small ramekins. Bake for 15 minutes
in oven.
