Cheese Steak


Cheese Steak (4 Servings)

Ingredients for Cheese Steak

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup equivalent brown sugar substitute
  • 3 pounds steak
  • ¾ cup soy sauce (without sugar)
  • 2 clove garlic
  • Blue cheese

Preparation Method for Cheese Steak

1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in a pottery bowl. Marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator. Remove steak from marinade and broil to desired doneness.

2. Place bits of cheese on top of steak. Place it under broiler again for a moment before serving.
