Glazed Salmon
Glazed Salmon Recipe (4 Servings)
Ingredients for Glazed Salmon
4 eight-ounce salmon steaks
salt and pepper
2 tbsp sugar-free maple or pancake syrup
1 tbsp country Dijon mustard
2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
Preparation Method for Glazed Salmon
1. Heat broiler. Line broiler pan with aluminium foil. Rinse and pat dry salmon steaks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, combine syrup, mustard and soy sauce. Place salmon on broiler pan; brush with half of the mixture. Broil for 4 minutes. Turn salmon; brush with remaining mixture and broil 2 to 3 minutes more for medium doneness.
