Shrimp Curry


Shrimp Curry Recipe (4 Servings)

Ingredients for Shrimp Curry

  • 5 tbsp butter

  • 1 pound boiled shrimp

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2/3 cup water

  • 1/2 cup cream

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Preparation Method for Shrimp Curry

1. In skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter.  Add shrimp.  Stir over moderate heat for 3 minutes.  Remove from heat.

2. In a saucepan, heat mayonnaise, 1/2 cup water, cream, curry powder, and cayenne.  Stir until smooth.  Taste test - add more curry powder if desired.  You can serve your shrimp curry with egg.
