Dijon Pork Steak Recipe (8 Servings)
Ingredients for Dijon Pork Steak
1/2 cup mustard to marinate your Dijon pork steak
3 individual packet Splenda
8 (4 ounces) pork tenderloin steak. Remove all visible fat
Preparation Method for Dijon Pork Steak
Spray the grill with non-fat cooking spray. Preheat grill to high. Mix mustard and splenda together until well blended.
Put the pork steaks on a hot grill. Grill on high with the grill lid closed for 5 minutes. Turn the steak over. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons sweetened mustard evenly over each steak. Cover and lid again. Cook another 5 minutes.
Turn the steak over again. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons sweetened mustard evenly over each steak again. Closed the lid again. Cook another 5 - 8 minutes, or until steak are no longer pink in the center, but still juicy. Your dijon pork is ready to served.
