Paprika Chicken
Paprika Chicken Recipe (6 Servings)
Ingredients for Paprika Chicken
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 chicken cut up
seasoned salt
4 small onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons paprika
1 cup chicken broth
Preparation Method for Paprika Chicken
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
2. Heat butter and oil together. Brown chicken carefully in oil on all sides. Add salt. Remove chicken from pan. Place onion and garlic in fat and sauté until onions are golden. Add paprika, broth and sour cream. Stir constantly until mixture is smooth.
3. Place chicken in casserole and cover with mixture, making sure to scrape pan well of all drippings. Bake covered, in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve your paprika chicken with salad.
