Fish In Wine Sauce (2 servings)
Fish In Wine Sauce Ingredients
1/2 stick sweet butter
1/2 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/2 cup finely chopped onioin
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
4 fish fillet
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon dry sherry
1/4 cup Sauterne
Fish In Wine Sauce Preparation Method
Melt butter in electric fry pan. Add garlic, onion and slat. Sauté until onion is golden brown. Set aside.
Wash and dry fish. Dip fish first into egg and then into parmesan cheese. Place in fry pan with garlic mixture and brown well on both sides. Pour wine in, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Carbohydrate per serving of fish in wine sauce : 6.5 gram
