Fish Loaf (6 servings)
Fish Loaf Ingredients
2 cups canned tuna fish
2 teaspoon diced onion
2 teaspoon capers
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon curry
Fish Loaf Preparation Method
Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
Drain and flake fish. Add onion and caper to fish. In a sauce pan combine mayonnaise, water, cream, salt, paprika, and stir until smooth.
Add half of cream sauce to fish and mix. Place fish mixture in buttered loaf pan or baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Add curry to remaining sauce. To serve, slice fish loaf and spoon sauce over it.
Carbohydrate per serving of fish load : 1.6 gram
