Gazpacho
Gazpacho Ingredient
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1 onion chopped
4 parsley sprigs
2 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
4 large tomatoes peeled
2 tablespoon chopped cucumbers
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons crushed fried pork rinds
Preparation Method For Gazpacho
Place all ingredients except the last 3 in blender and blend it until smooth, chill overnight.
Serve in bowls. Garnish with 1 teaspoon cucumber, pepper and fried pork rinds.
