Cauliflower Italian Style (Serves:6)
Cauliflower In Italian Style Ingredients:
1 pound cauliflower
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cauliflower Italian Style Preparation Method:
Wash cauliflower, remove outer leaves and stem. Remove any bruised pars and break into flowerets.
Cook in about 1 inch boiling salted water until barely tender (6 - 7 minutes).
Heat olive oil in saucepan. Add cauliflower and sprinkle with garlic powder. Sauté until lightly browned. Add pepper.
Arrange cauliflower on heated serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
