Breaded Veal Cutlets In Wine Sauce (6 servings)

Ingredients for Breaded Veal Cutlets In Wine Sauce

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

  • 6 veal cutlets

  • 2 eggs beaten

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 4 tablespoon dry white wine

  • 6 lemon slices

Preparation Method for Breaded Veal Cutlets In Wine Sauce :

 Mix cheese with garlic powder and oregano.  Dip veal cutlets into cheese, then into egg, and back into cheese.  Make sure you cover veal each time.

Melt butter in skillet, and brown veal on both sides.  Take veal from pan and keep warm.  Pour broth and wine into skillet.  Boil for about 1 minutes.  Pour liquid over warm veal.  Garnish with lemon slices.
