Pot Roast


Pot Roast (8 servings)

Ingredients Pot Roast

  • 4 pounds Beef roast

  • 2 tablespoons Flour

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

  • 3 tablespoons Oil1 Onion -- chopped fine;

  • 1 tablespoon

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup Water

  • 3 packages artificial sweetener

Preparation Method Pot Roast

Sprinkle flour, salt and  pepper all over roast. Brown in oil in skillet; add remaining ingredients.
Cover. Simmer about 4 hours over low heat.

Carbohydrate per serving of pot roast :3.5 g carbs total
