Ingredients Pot Roast
4 pounds Beef roast
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoons Oil1 Onion -- chopped fine;
1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Water
3 packages artificial sweetener
Preparation Method Pot Roast
Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper all over roast. Brown in oil in skillet; add remaining ingredients.
Cover. Simmer about 4 hours over low heat.Carbohydrate per serving of pot roast :3.5 g carbs total
